Description
We present this Heidelberg Diana 1350 Specialty Folder Gluer, 1100mm x 1350mm / 43" x 53", manufactured in 2007.
The machine is in excellent condition, can be inspected in production at any time and is available in September 2025.
Machinery Details:
- Feeder with vacuum and vibrator
- Blank alignment left and right
- Pre-breaker left and right
- Gluing units: hhs X-tend electronic top gluing unit
- 8-channel with 4 application heads
- High pressure
- Disc bottom gluing unit on the left
- Kicker
- Counter
- Digital position indicators
- Additional module for lockable bottom gluing and 4-point gluing
- Motorized center transport top/bottom in the fold
- Press rollers after folding
- New servo overhaul fold with touchscreen
- Camera monitoring of the delivery system
- Blank alignment on the press belt
- Extended pneumatic press belt
The machine has been completely overhauled in 2023 and is fully servo driven.
