We present this KOENIG & BAUER DURAN OMEGA ALLPRO 185 SPECIALTY FOLDER GLUER, max. format 1500mm x 1850mm / 59.1” x 72.8”, manufactured in 2021.
The machine is in excellent condition, in production and will be available around 5 months after signing the contract.

- HHS Xact Gluing System, 4 gluing guns
- Type of boxes: straight line, crash lock bottom, 1, 3, 4-points (tools for 6 points gluing available, but this type of packaging was never produced)
- Materials: corrugated board E, B, C, EB, BC flutes
- Max. sheet format: 1500mm x 1850mm / 59.1” x 72.8”

Machinery configuration:
- Feeding Section
- 10 feeding belts (45mm / 1.8”) with modular guides for adjusting belt tension
- adjustable vibrating motor to separate single sheets and prevent double sheets
- adjustable supports for processing longer cartons
- Straightening Section
- setting sheets to the left or right, ensuring correct folding throughout the machine
- motorized upper and lower guides with electric guide travel
- Prefolding Section:
- servo rear-folding system enabling automatic folding of all box types
- touchscreen with access to production parameters enabling saving the orders
- sliding rollers on both sides of the rear folding section for special box types
- Folding Section
- extended folding section for smooth package transition
- belts with independently adjustable speed (60mm / 2.4”)
- pneumatic alignment system for "auto bottom" boxes
- Delivery Section
- delivery belts pushing the boxes from both sides
- lateral guidance ensuring better delivery control for irregularly shaped boxes

- pneumatic, integrated compression stacker
