Description
We present this Special Machine for the aplication of Tear Tape, Hot Melt Adhesive and Cover Paper onto corrugated packaging. It can process raw sheets before die-cutting, blanks after die-cutting, and, depending on configuration, even pre-glued boxes.
This special construction is composed of:
- Jagenberg Diana 1225 transport frame from the feeder to the transfer + the lower pressing belt.
- Frame for the holding 3 application units:
- 1x Enpro tear tape TSA, year 12/2023
- 1x Baumer hhs heated hot-melt nozzle (double head)
- 1x Enpro cover paper feeder MAS, year 12/2022
Included is a 100 kg Baumer hhs hot-melt unit XMG-100, year 2022, with heating hose.
