We are excited to introduce the following WARD 16000 3 COLOR ROTARY DIE CUTTER WITH STACKER, MAX FORMAT 66" x 117" / 1676mm x 2970mm . It has been completely refurbished in 2026 by professional technicians and is in excellent condition, with a 1-year warranty for all replaced parts.The line is available 4 months after signing the contract.
This line is composed of:
LEAD EDGE FEEDER
- Timing belts feeding system
- New air bag filter aspiration system of the Feeder table.
- New lead edge feeder belts
3 PRINTING UNITS
- Installation of new ARO suction pumps, complete flushing of ink circuits, and replacement of all hoses
- Print Unit 1 with ceramic anilox rolls and rubber rolls, 100L/cm // 250LPI.
- Print Unit 2 with ceramic anilox rolls and rubber rolls, 100L/cm // 250LPI.
- Print Unit 3 with ceramic anilox roll and carbon fibre chamber blade system, 160L/cm // 406LPI.
- New vacuum transfer system in all 3 printers
- Full electronic upgrade featuring a new Allen-Bradley PLC and a 7” colour touchscreen interface
- Automatic circumferential register adjustment.
ROTARY DIE CUTTER
- New polyurethane blankets of rotary die cutter.
- Precision adjustment of blanket speed via dedicated servomotor drive, ensuring optimal die-cutting accuracy and extended cover life
GEORGE MARTIN STACKER
- Sandwich conveyor type stripping unit with rotary vibrator and blower
- New inlet belts of the stripping unit.
- New stacking conveyor belts.
- Scrap conveyor fixed under stacker layboy
- Stacker roll-out for easy access to cutting dies
- Modular hydraulic unit powers belts and rise cylinders
- Retaining slats to permit continuous operation
- Electrical diagrams, operating and maintenance manuals are included.
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS:
- Restoration: Deep cleaning, surface repair, and repainting of frames, gearboxes, electrical cabinets, and guards using original RAL colour standards.
- Mechanical Overhaul: Replacement of main motor transmission belts and general mechanical adjustments (cabinet closures, door locks, and guard alignment).
- Electrical System: Complete renovation of all electrical cabinets and full machine rewiring. Upgrade to a new Allen-Bradley PLC control system and replacement of all Emergency Stop push-buttons to ensure full compliance with current safety standards.
- Pneumatics: Full inspection and replacement of all defective or worn-out pneumatic components.
